So you can pay securely with the trustee service worldwide:

1. Buyers and sellers must register once and free of charge.




2. The buyer or seller places an order.




3. The buyer transfers the purchase amount to our Escrow account.




4. The seller receives a message with the receipt of the money and sends the goods to the buyer.




5. The buyer checks the products and confirms receipt of the products.




6. 8K Trans transfers the purchase amount to the seller. The legal transaction is now completed.

In order to make a secure payment within the EU, we use the standard EU bank transfer system for you.

This system ensures the most economical transfer of fiduciary orders within the EU for you!

How long does the buyer have to check the products?

After receiving the products, you have 5 days to check. If we have not received a complaint by the sixth day of delivery of the products, the amount will be automatically transferred to the seller's bank account.

What happens if the buyer refuses to accept the products?

In this case, the products will be returned to the seller. The buyer receives the payment amount after deduction of the trust fee from our Escrow account to his bank account.

**IMPORTANT:

If the buyer is not satisfied with the products, 8K Trans must be contacted during the verification period. In any case, a solution can be negotiated.If this is not possible, the products will be returned to the seller, and the purchase price will be returned to the buyer.In this case, the seller will bear all transport and transaction costs.
